I have an allergy to gluten at times and just want to say your gluten free chocolate mudcake was absolutely amazing!! You wouldn't even know it was gluten free! I now have to fight for a piece from the rest of the family!

Just a note to thank you very much for your wonderful multi grain bread mix. I have made it twice now (with the addition of chia seeds and honey) and it has been a triumph each time – and more importantly it looks like real bread!
My daughter has Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes and a gluten intolerance and your products have been a blessing. Your pancake mixture is also now the only one I buy. Have you considered the addition of a crumpet mix?

I have some food intolerances - fructose, salicylates and gluten. I'm not coeliac but very intolerant of gluten.
I tried your vanilla cupcakes for the first time and added some white choc chips. I am enjoying them very much.

I live in South Australia and have been purchasing Yes You Can multi-grain gluten free packet bread for as long as Foodland have been stocking it. I have purchased many packet and professional loaves of gluten-free bread, but nothing comes near yours, it is so tasty and easy to bake. I purchase 2 packets each week (when the shop has it) making one loaf for myself, the other for my granddaughter who is also a coeliac. Judy

I love the cake and vanilla cupcake mixes! I am good at making tasty GF cakes, but I now will just use the Yes You Can mixes because there’s no way I can top it! They were so tasty but also light and fluffy. I absolutely loved them as did all my family and workmates.
Thank-you for making such incredibly brilliant GF products – I’m telling everyone I can about them!

YES I CAN – What amazing bread, the first one I have made successfully at home, all the others end up in the bin! So light, so soft and so yummy. I can now have sandwiches at last. Have you tried to develop a white bread formula yet – would love to taste what you come up with. I have also bought the mud cake and cupcakes, but have not made them yet – can’t wait.

I have just finished my first multi grain gluten free bread. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten free bread with all the grains in I have missed so much. I used to make my own bread for years from fresh ground wheat I made myself but alas I ended up as gluten intolerant after having insulin dependent diabetes for years as well . I tried every bread and recipe I could but they all tasted horrible and went stale or mouldy within three days and if I froze it, then defrosted it , it soon smelt most peculiar. Then I found your bread quite by chance in a little shop in our country town. What a blessing. Three days later it was still perfectly useable. It made great sandwiches and toast. As close to normal bread as I think one can get on gluten free with the incredible benefit or so many grains and good things in it. I am so grateful to you for bringing this onto the market. We are vegetarians and I have had to work very hard to convert my recipes to gluten free but I succeeded eventually and the only thing lacking was a nice bread. Now I have found it and I just want to thank you sincerely. It has made my diet so much easier and I will be telling all my friends about you. I will be buying in bulk from now one when these packets I have are all gone.

I wanted to write to let you know how awesome your cake mixes are....or at least the two that I have tried, the Chocolate Mud Cake with Ganache and the Vanilla Cup Cake mix.
I never thought I'd say this about any packeted cake mix as in the past I have refused to use them. However since my husband now requires a gluten free diet I thought I would give one a try and I was very impressed.
Please keep up the high standard and do not compromise the quality you have achieved for the sake of profits, as the consumer can always tell.

My name is Declan, and I am 8 years old. Thank you for making yummy cakes that I can eat, even though I can't have gluten or dairy. Mum and me made the Vanilla cup cakes and they were so good. Mum said we can get them all the time now.

As a coeliac who has exhausted recipes, mixes etc over the past two years, I have just made your multigrain bread mix. It is the easiest to bake (and I do cook and bake) and most delicious gluten free bread I have had. This will now be a regular in our house every week. I have finally found bread again! I am so happy, you have no idea.
Other mixes are complicated and have "that" smell. Your bread is so delicious, smells delicious and incredibly easy to make.

I often make your chocolate mud cake and rarely get a piece as it's eaten by everyone else before I get to it. Therefore I tried the bread mix.
